Personal Trainer – Teva Wellness & Lifestyle (Polanco) Teva Wellness & Lifestyle is a high-end, members-only wellness club in Polanco, built for clients who expect expertise, discretion, and results. This is not a volume gym. Presentation, communication, and professionalism are non-negotiable. We are looking for a career-focused Personal Trainer who wants to grow with the brand, not just clock sessions. The role Your role goes far beyond delivering personal training sessions. You will: • Deliver high-quality personal training sessions • Be present and proactive on the gym floor when not in sessions • Assist members with form, equipment, and guidance • Build relationships with members and identify opportunities for personal training • Represent Teva as a brand ambassador at all times Trainers are also responsible for guiding new clients through our Body Blueprint process , which includes: • Evolt body composition scan • VO₂ max testing • Strength assessments • Mobility assessments You must be confident presenting results, explaining what they mean, and building a training plan based on real data — not guesswork. Professional development We actively invest in our trainers. Teva regularly brings in external experts and specialists to train our staff, allowing you to: • Add new qualifications and skills • Gain hands-on experience with advanced methodologies • Strengthen your CV inside a respected luxury wellness brand If you want to keep learning, you’ll fit in.
