Personal Trainer – Teva Wellness & Lifestyle (Polanco) Teva Wellness & Lifestyle is a high-end, members-only wellness club in Polanco, built for clients who expect expertise, discretion, and results. This is not a volume gym. Presentation, communication, and professionalism are non-negotiable. We are looking for a career-focused Personal Trainer who wants to grow with the brand, not just clock sessions. The role Your role goes far beyond delivering personal training sessions. You will: • Deliver high-quality personal training sessions • Be present and proactive on the gym floor when not in sessions • Assist members with form, equipment, and guidance • Build relationships with members and identify opportunities for personal training • Represent Teva as a brand ambassador at all times Trainers are also responsible for guiding new clients through our Body Blueprint process , which includes: • Evolt body composition scan • VO₂ max testing • Strength assessments • Mobility assessments You must be confident presenting results, explaining what they mean, and building a training plan based on real data — not guesswork. Professional development We actively invest in our trainers. Teva regularly brings in external experts and specialists to train our staff, allowing you to: • Add new qualifications and skills • Gain hands-on experience with advanced methodologies • Strengthen your CV inside a respected luxury wellness brand If you want to keep learning, you’ll fit in. What we expect You: • Take pride in your appearance and communication • Feel comfortable speaking with high-end clients • Understand that service and sales go hand in hand • Are proactive, confident, and professional • Want long-term growth, not a temporary role • Can clearly explain training plans and results What we offer • Base salary: $15,000 MXN Net plus Private Health Insurance • Commission per personal training session • Teva uniform provided • Ability to train at Teva during designated staff training hours • Access to a premium, high-end client base • Ongoing education and professional development • One of the most competitive base salaries in the market This role is NOT for you if: • You only want to train and disappear • You’re uncomfortable talking to clients • Presentation and standards aren’t important to you • You’re looking for a short-term gig If you want to build a serious career as a trainer in a luxury, structured, and growth-oriented environment , Teva is where you step up.
