Personal Trainer – Teva Wellness & Lifestyle (Polanco)Teva Wellness & Lifestyle is a high-end, members-only wellness club in Polanco, built for clients who expect expertise, discretion, and results. Presentation, communication, and professionalism are non-negotiable.We are looking for a career-focused Personal Trainer who wants to grow with the brand, not just clock sessions.The roleYour role goes far beyond delivering personal training sessions.You will:• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions• Be present and proactive on the gym floor when not in sessions• Assist members with form, equipment, and guidance• Build relationships with members and identify opportunities for personal training• Represent Teva as a brand ambassador at all timesTrainers are also responsible for guiding new clients through our Body Blueprint process, which includes:• Evolt body composition scan• VO₂ max testing• Strength assessments• Mobility assessmentsYou must be confident presenting results, explaining what they mean, and building a training plan based on real data— not guesswork.Professional developmentWe actively invest in our trainers.Teva regularly brings in external experts and specialists to train our staff, allowing you to:• Add new qualifications and skills• Gain hands-on experience with advanced methodologies• Strengthen your CV inside a respected luxury wellness brandIf you want to keep learning, you’ll fit in.
