Personal Trainer – Teva Wellness & Lifestyle (Polanco)
Teva Wellness & Lifestyle is a high-end, members-only wellness club
in Polanco, built for clients who expect expertise, discretion, and results. This is not a volume gym. Presentation, communication, and professionalism are non-negotiable.
We are looking for a
career-focused Personal Trainer
who wants to grow with the brand, not just clock sessions.
The role
Your role goes far beyond delivering personal training sessions.
You will:

- Deliver high-quality personal training sessions
- Be present and proactive on the gym floor when not in sessions
- Assist members with form, equipment, and guidance
- Build relationships with members and identify opportunities for personal training
- Represent Teva as a brand ambassador at all times
Trainers are also responsible for guiding new clients through our Body Blueprint process
, which includes:
- Evolt body composition scan
- VO2 max testing
- Strength assessments
- Mobility assessments

You must be confident presenting results, explaining what they mean, and
building a training plan based on real data
— not guesswork.
Professional development

Teva regularly brings in external experts and specialists
to train our staff, allowing you to:

What we offer
- Base salary: $15,000 MXN Net plus Private Health Insurance
- Commission per personal training session
- Teva uniform provided
- Ability to train at Teva during designated staff training hours
