Job Title: Senior Sales Manager Location: Querétaro (Hybrid Work Model) About Us: Prodrawing Technology is the official distributor in Mexico for ZWSOFT, a leading global provider of CAD/CAM software. We provide powerful and innovative ZWCAD-based solutions to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry in Mexico. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales cycle for ZWCAD products and industry solutions targeting medium and large enterprise clients. Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the AEC sector. Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and presenting high-value solutions. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in B2B software or complex solution sales. Deep understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Prior sales experience with an Autodesk distributor is a significant advantage. We Offer: Competitive Compensation: Base salary of MXN $35,000 + 5% sales commission + quarterly/annual bonus package.
