The position of Area Sales Manager is offered by ROTOMETAL DBN Sp. z o. - a leading printing tool manufacturer trusted by businesses across the world. The person appointed to this role will be responsible for developing sales within the Latin America market – both by actively acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with the existing client network. The role involves building long-term business relationships, close cooperation with the engineering and technical support departments at the company's headquarters, and full responsibility for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities - Actively acquire new customers and develop sales within the Latin America market. Maintain and strengthen relationships with the customer. Work closely with the engineering and project departments at the headquarters to develop comprehensive technical and commercial offers. Prepare sales offers based on detailed customer needs analysis and reference list preparation. Negotiate commercial terms and oversee contract execution. Regularly report sales activities using the CRM system. Creating and implementing sales budgets in the indicated area Conduct frequent business trips within the sales region to meet clients, hold presentations, and attend trade fairs. Monitor market trends, identify new sales opportunities, and respond to market changes. Requirements - University degree – preferably in a technical or business-related field. Experience in sales of printing tools or technical solutions will be a strong asset. Very good command of English; High level of personal culture and ability to work effectively in an international environment. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work independently. Willingness to travel frequently on business. Openness to change and development in a dynamic business environment.
