About the position**Position name**: Area Sales Manager Mexico - On site**Reporting to**: Commercial Director, Mexico**Location/Travel**: CDMX; Travel as requiredCompensation$4,200 - $ 4,800 (month) - Negotiable depending on experienceBenefits package + Medical Insurance + Annual Performance bonus plan (25% - 30% salary)OverviewA global leader in cutting-edge optical design, manufacturing, and image-processing technology, is looking for an Area Sales Manager in Mexico who can deliver on customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.Core ResponsibilitiesExecute, align and reinforce Companys commercial Partner Program.Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets for Mexico RegionAssist in Development and execution of strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer baseManage proactively sales team, and provide weekly sales forecastBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsPartner with customers to understand their business needs and objectivesManage commercial sales team in pipeline development, sales development, and closingEffectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentationsUnderstand category-specific landscapes and trendsReporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accountsBasic Qualifications5+ years of Proven Experience and credibility in TechnologyProven sales management experience, meeting or exceeding targetsPrevious experience as a sales executive or sales managerProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeProven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and servicesProven ability to position products against competitorsDemonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievablesolutionsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsBA/BS degree or equivalentBilingual, English and SpanishComfortable presenting in person or virtuallyThe ability to convey excitement and energy in virtual and recorded sessionsEnergetic and self-motivated individual with a strong initiative to learn and teachIndustrySecurity and TechnologyEmployment TypeFull time
