Estamos en búsqueda de un Ejecutivo Comercial con experiencia en ventas técnicas para impulsar el crecimiento de nuestro negocio. Este rol requiere una combinación de habilidades comerciales, conocimiento técnico y capacidad para generar relaciones estratégicas con clientes en sectores especializados. Responsabilidades Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para servicios B2B. Identificar oportunidades de negocio y generar nuevos clientes. Brindar asesoría técnica y comercial a clientes, asegurando soluciones adaptadas a sus necesidades. Elaborar propuestas comerciales y negociar contratos. Cumplir objetivos y KPIs establecidos. Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias del mercado y productos tecnológicos. Colaborar con equipos internos (ingeniería, operaciones) para garantizar la correcta implementación de soluciones. Requisitos Experiencia comprobable en ventas técnicas (equipos industriales, soluciones tecnológicas, servicios especializados). Habilidades comerciales y orientación a resultados. Conocimiento en procesos de negociación y desarrollo de cuentas. Capacidad para comprender especificaciones técnicas y traducirlas en propuestas de valor. Manejo de CRM y herramientas digitales. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación. Oferta Sueldo base competitivo + esquema de comisiones atractivo + prestaciones superiores a la ley Capacitación técnica y comercial continua.
