We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk). High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers. Education & Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
