Objetivo del Puesto:

Encargados de garantizar que el programa mantenga un performance efectivo; ayudan a minimizar los impactos negativos como churn o bajo engagement.


Principales Responsabilidades:

Análisis de datos del cliente:

  • Apoya al Lead en la definición de la estrategia y supervisión de performance del programavaluar
  • Recopila, analizar y sintetizar datos de clientes para obtener información significativa sobre su comportamiento de compra, interacciones con el programa de lealtad y satisfacción general. Esto puede implicar el uso de herramientas de análisis de datos para examinar tendencias, segmentar clientes y identificar patrones de comportamiento.
  • Analiza las solicitudes de casos de uso generada por las verticales, operaciones o el área comercial. Son los responsables de identifificar insights accionables y generación de valor para el negocio.
  • Realiza investigaciones de mercado y análisis competitivo para comprender el contexto en el que opera el programa . Esto puede incluir estudios de mercado, análisis de la competencia, encuestas a clientes y análisis de tendencias del mercado retail.

Segmentación & personalización:

  • Desarrolla perfiles detallados de los diferentes segmentos de clientes, incluyendo información demográfica, comportamiento de compra, preferencias de productos y comunicación, entre otros. Estos perfiles ayudan a comprender mejor a los clientes y a diseñar estrategias más efectivas para que las verticales, operaciones u otra área de negocio puede accionar sus estrategias.

Desarrollo de insights y presentaciones:

  • Utiliza los datos y la investigación para generar insights accionables que impulsen la toma de decisiones estratégicas en relación a los casos de uso que se le solicitan. Esto puede implicar la identificación de oportunidades de mejora, la recomendación de nuevas iniciativas y la optimización de las estrategias existentes.



¿A Quién buscamos?

  • Licenciatura en Ciencias de Datos, Estadística, Matemáticas, Ingeniería Informática o disciplinas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en roles relacionados con análisis de datos, preferiblemente en la industria del retail o en programas de fidelización.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de herramientas de análisis de datos como SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, entre otros.
  • Familiaridad con prácticas de privacidad y seguridad de datos.
  • Inglés avanzado.
