Objetivo:

Ser parte del equipo comercial del Vendor o Marca , comprometido a impulsar el crecimiento rentable de la participación de mercado a través de la ejecución de la planificación comercial, la gestión del pipeline, profundizar en el marco comercial y la mejora en el relacionamiento y el desarrollo del cliente.

Responsabilidades:

1.Ser parte del equipo de BDMs en México, apoyando al equipo de Microsoft en diversas funciones comerciales.
2. Tener control total del proceso de Onboarding Distribution Seller Agreement
3. Dominio de diversas plataformas de Microsoft.
4. Desarrollar las habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas por las que nuestra gente es conocida.
5. Ser propietario independiente del proyecto de listado de vendedores, para ayudar a los nuevos vendedores a crear páginas/listas de productos de alta calidad en los mercados de Microsoft.
6. Identificar los problemas de la lista de vendedores y solucionar los problemas trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los equipos multifuncionales y las partes interesadas.
7. Resolver el punto de dolor del vendedor antes del registro.
8. Optimizar tiempos de respuesta en procesos internos.
9. Desarrollar y lanzar el programa de éxito del vendedor (testimonios del vendedor, estudios de casos, estudios de casos en video) que incluye la estrategia, el proceso y la ejecución continua.
10. Trabajar de manera efectiva con el equipo de Cloud Success Center.
11. Para tener éxito en este rol, deberá ser organizado, un buen comunicador, influyente y solucionador de problemas. Deberá ser altamente responsable, proactivo y enfocado a resultados.

Conocimientos, Skills y Experiencia:

  • Licenciatura en Marketing, Relaciones Comerciales, Comunicación o un campo de estudio relevante, como informática.

1. +3 años de experiencia en ventas o desarrollo de negocios en la industria de software/tecnología, relacionado al Sector Público.
2. Pasión por la tecnología y aprendizaje continuo.
3. Pasión por desarrollar el relacionamiento con los clientes.
4. Capaz de funcionar en un entorno de equipo de diferentes áreas. (Ventas, Preventas, Marketing, Operaciones). Y equipos regionales.
5. Disciplinado y motivado para un entorno de trabajo remoto.
6. Habilidades excepcionales demostradas de colaboración y construcción de relaciones.
7. Administrar pipeline y ciclo completo de ventas.
8. Inglés intermedio.
