The Opportunity

Our Content Art Designer role is a specialist with a specific skillset centered around art direction and design. A successful candidate must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in software designed for creation of graphics and designs from scratch, ability to edit and manipulate creative assets, and will be responsible for the development and creation of production ready graphics. Additionally, the Content Art Desinger must have the ability te generate a design system to tell a story with full consistency. Is responsible for supporting the creative versioning of existing assets for our North America portfolio of brands to meet customer/consumer needs.

The Content Art Desinger must have strong skills conceptualizing and following a creative processes for Packaging Design, POS creatives, master graphics or key visuals, digital assets as well as setting files for printing. Will also participate in brainstorming and creative brand strategy sessions for content creation and development.

Need to possess presentation and creation skills to support requests for editing and creating presentation templates from scratch.

Your Impact

As Content Art Designer your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Work in the conception of creative visual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated for different touchpoints like Packaging, POS materials and digital banner ads. Be a brand guardian, following brand guidelines closely
  • Adaptation of existing Key Visuals for Digital Ads, presentations, etc.
  • Ability to design and conceptualize master graphics and adapt to different materials/packaging design when needed
  • Previous experience with developing creative assets: banner ads, hero images, digital assets
  • Ability to build graphic and simple print designs and concepts when needed
  • Editorial skills to create compelling and mesmerizing visual presentations for Marketing internal use
  • Rapid prototyping (quick mockups or renders)
  • High aptitude to learn new things & sense of urgency
  • Detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last minute requests and adapt to changes on business trends.
  • Have the ability to take control of projects and work independently as well as in team.
  • Present designs to clients for approval

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, etc.)

Experience

  • +2 years of agency or in-house creative experience in art / graphic design
  • Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is essential
  • Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; experience w/ CPG a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and account teams
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making
  • Self-motivation and ability to motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under deadlines
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS5 or above
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote advanced
  • Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong creative portfolio, available online
  • 3D render experience
