Role Summary: As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be the orchestrator of our marketing projects, ensuring that web designers, graphic designers, video editors, and content writers work in harmony to produce top-notch digital assets on time. Your knack for project planning, coupled with your ability to manage, inspire teamwork, navigate through usual people challenges and create content on your own when needed, will be key in driving our marketing team split across geographies to meet our deadlines. This is a role at an agile, early stage brand which is not a large company yet without tons of resources, you will need to juggle multiple priorities: execute and manage freelancers and existing team members.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Execution:
- Lead and coordinate the efforts between web design agencies, graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to ensure timely delivery of digital marketing assets.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Anticipate and address potential bottlenecks in the production process by devising and implementing creative solutions.
- Develop project plans, including timelines and milestones in Asana and Google sheets, to guide the execution and monitoring of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the management and optimization of our website, working closely with our team to ensure it reflects our brand’s identity and meets user needs.
- Manage email marketing list syncing from Seamless ai and Hunter.io to HubSpot, ensuring data is enriched and kept clean in HubSpot based off SOP created by us
- Craft and optimize email marketing contents for various campaigns by collaborating with product marketing lead
- Implement and manage HubSpot email marketing automation campaigns and other content-driven strategies to convert leads into active clients.
- Utilize Google and HubSpot analytics tools to monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Organize and manage event logistics, including content collection, vendor negotiations, booth setups, and marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and impactful event participation.
- Craft and optimize landing pages on HubSpot and Webflow collections to capture leads, and manage content creation to engage different segments of our audience effectively.
- Craft short videos using Canva or similar tool from produced footage, by adding text, captions, visual elements
- Drive banner generation for various marketing channels including social & paid media
- Act as the point of contact for other content writers to manage their deliverables including content reviews.
- 2+ years of experience at a SaaS startup or an early stage brand
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HubSpot based marketing, with a strong emphasis on project coordination and team collaboration.
- Strong proficiency in driving ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude etc for crafting compelling content for blog, website, email & landing pages
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, particularly HubSpot, Google Analytics and list builders
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent spoken and marketing oriented written English communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- A proven track record of managing projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
- Experience in analytics and a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and optimization.
