**Sales And Marketing Coordinator Assignments**:

- Develop revenue strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Track sales activities and reports.
- Maintain client database.
- Promote and sell company’s products and services.
- Maintain and expand customer feedback database.
- Report to Board of Directors.
- Develop, implement, and maintain sales and marketing plans and policies.
- Develop and regularly review sales and marketing budget.
- Maintain accurate company database.
- Increasing services.
- Reducing costs.
- Repositioning the company.
- Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
- Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Follow up to lead platforms and create strategies to contact them.
- Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
- Determines quarterly and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing quarterly sales quotas for regions.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.

**Requirements And Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Advertising, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
- Understanding and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- A result-driven and organized individual.
- 2+ years’ proven experience as a sales and marketing manager.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Advance knowledge on leads platforms.
- English verbal and written advance skills.

**Work Hours and Benefits**
- This is NOT a remote job opportunity.
- You will be required to work from the Guadalajara office, in Mexico.
- Schedule from 8 am to 5 pm.
- 1 hour lunch and two 15 min break.
- Bonus.
- 20 days of Christmas bonus.
- 1 floating day every 6 months.
