**Job Description**:
Your primary responsibility will be to work with the Senior Events Manager and help support all campaign & event execution and activation requirements and communication across all the stakeholder groups. You will also be responsible for gathering campaign & event performance reporting.
- Project managing all stages of Company events: Conception to execution, including creating event briefs, content, work back schedules, budgets, and reporting on event post-mortems.
- Planning and execution of Small and Large in-person events.
- Maintain post-event surveys and NPS score.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce branded landing pages, registration forms, event creative, pre
- and post-event communications, content creation and presentation material.
- Creating and managing all tickets submissions and briefs for each event.
- Oversee requirements for lead-nurturing follow-ups and workflows in Marketo.
- Track and report on all events through dashboards, project plans, milestones, and status reports

**Qualifications**:

- Full fluency in English language, both written and oral
- Additional language fluency in Spanish, German, Portuguese or French is a plus but not required
- Excellent oral and written professional communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little day-to-day leadership oversight
- Metrics-focused and be able to learn marketing tools to automate the lead generation process
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- _ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e. Marketing, Communications, etc.) required_
- _ 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing; Experience in demand/lead generation preferred_
