How you’ll spend your day- Strategic support to the management of the business area in all aspects of human resources
- In the future, the roll will include oversight of all HR activities (Payroll, TA HR Ops etc)
- Support for managers in oversee employee development plans, mentorship programs, and succession planning.
- Management of projects
- Implementation and execution of all HR segments (employment, education, performance management, talent management, restructuring, organization change, business transformation…)
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee retention.
- Strategic identification of future needs and development of competencies and knowledge
- Identify and address performance issues and support talent development.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback, coaching, and development plans.
- Improving the overall experience of employees and well-being together with managers of the business area
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Promoting brand and influencing on Teva market position through cooperation with faculties and institutions
- Continuous improvement of company culture and employer brand
- Master's degree
- At least 10 years of work experience in the field of human resources management
- Fluent in English (speech and writing)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing setting is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
