How you’ll spend your day
  • Strategic support to the management of the business area in all aspects of human resources
  • In the future, the roll will include oversight of all HR activities (Payroll, TA HR Ops etc)
  • Support for managers in oversee employee development plans, mentorship programs, and succession planning.
  • Management of projects
  • Implementation and execution of all HR segments (employment, education, performance management, talent management, restructuring, organization change, business transformation…)
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee retention.
  • Strategic identification of future needs and development of competencies and knowledge
  • Identify and address performance issues and support talent development.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback, coaching, and development plans.
  • Improving the overall experience of employees and well-being together with managers of the business area
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. 
  • Promoting brand and influencing on Teva market position through cooperation with faculties and institutions
  • Continuous improvement of company culture and employer brand
Your experience and qualifications
  • Master's degree 
  • At least 10 years of work experience in the field of human resources management
  • Fluent in English (speech and writing)
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing setting is an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
