Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic facilities supervisor to take lead of the Soft Services area, responsible for Maintanance and support for cleaning services , extinguishers, pest control , plumbing , garden , fire alarm system, elevators
 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Create and improve soft services policies ( cleaning services , extinguishers, pest control , plumbing , garden , fire alarm system)
  • Analisys of utilities consumption in order to create the forecast and provisioning
  • Support and accomplish for ISO audits and requierements
  • Documentation control of PM executed by external services
  • Supervise and evaluate contrators activities in site in order to meet the EHS policies
  • Scheduling for PM regarding availability of equipmen. PM monthly and anual programs acomplishment
  • Budget control and review of monthly expenses and forecast provisioning. Identify critic spare parts regarding cost , delivering and production impact
  • Supervise and evaluate contractors activities in site in order to meet the EHS policies .Invoice register of utilities and creation of histograms to share information with EGS, project engineer and real estate
  • Support and accomplish for ISO audits and requierements .Documentation control of PM executed by external services . Avoid penalties or cost impact due no conformity in audits
  • Capex for equipemnts in order to improve the energy efficiency , safety , avoid obselecense and cost increasing due overhall or mayor maintenence .Improve PM routines in order to reduce the downtime and corrective activities
  • Improve soft services policies ( cleaning services , extinguishers, pest control , plumbing , garden , fire alarm system, elevators)
  • Active participation on ESG strategy and capex creation
  • Create the safety operation manual for risk activities such as cleaning services , extinguishers, pest control , plumbing , garden , fire alarm system
  • Create the analysis and actions to close potential hazards findings
  • Create and development the matrix skills to meet the safety training for contractors
  • Identify and create the requisitions to adquire the necessary tools and equiplemt to work safe and properly

  • Bachelor´s Degree Engineering 
  • 3 Years experience at least.
