Job Summary:

The App Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, maintenance, and performance of our mobile applications. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strategic thinking to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our apps to meet business objectives and user needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of our mobile applications, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and marketers, to define app requirements and priorities.

3. Manage app development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

4. Conduct regular reviews and analysis of app performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

5. Work closely with the QA team to ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance processes are in place to deliver bug-free and user-friendly apps.

6. Coordinate app releases and updates across different app stores, including Google Play Store and Apple App Store, following best practices and guidelines.

7. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in mobile app development to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.

8. Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the app development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

2. Proven experience in AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect.

3. Strong skills in agile methodologies such as SCRUM, experiences with JIRA or similar software project tools.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

5. Familiarity with app store guidelines, submission processes, and performance optimization techniques.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

7. Leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve goals and deliver results.

8. English required.
