Job SummaryTo support our outstanding teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Guadalajara, South Campus.
Reporting to the Program Management Manager, the Customer Service Representative role involves assisting with the management of key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
What a typical day looks like:
- Analyze, propose solutions, and resolve problems.
- Properly utilize applications and system resources to accurately and efficiently deliver high quality, comprehensive services to all customer needs.
- Identify situations where the customer needs further explanation or training and provide an effective solution when necessary.
- Manage E2E orders Process from receiving customer orders, committing, following up, coordinating shipments, goals: OTD, AR, Aging FG, RMAs.
- Negotiate be able to hear and listen to the needs of others to reach agreements.
- Make and be consistent with deliveries with customer and flex.
- Follow up on accounts payable.
- Direct contact with the customer
- Assistance and follow-up of CFT activities.
Experience we are looking for to join our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge in Shipping and logistics.
- Customer service: Always focused on customer needs.
- Knowledge in ERP BAAN, FTS and BPM would be a plus.
- Intermediate English.
- Intermediate Excel.
