Responsibilities


The Opportunity


Educacional Program Coordinator who is passionate about educational projects that bring unlimited impact to Pepsico, families and society - tied to our Pep +. Must have a creative, resilient profile and be connected with learning methodologies, social and educational projects. Must have a hands-on profile and think outside the box.


Your Impact


As HR Learning Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:


  • Manages Core Programs Analyst.
  • Responsible for Manage and Create the Strategy Development, Communication and Implementation of the Across Latam Core programs such as SUPER 5 , On Boarding, First Gen, Next Gen, etc.
  • Responsible for manage, development and strategy of Continuing Education programs (Sharpen ) across Latam.
  • Responsible for identifying other educational programs that can be implemented across Latam with impact on our employees, families and society. - Definition of supplier (internal or external) to build the content of the classes and/or educational solutions, following up the design and application of the solution aiming to meet the business and learning objectives.
  • Supporting the budget management of the CORE Programs.
  • Work with TM COE to stablish a correct learning frame for crucial programs (STAGE, SUPER 5).

Qualifications


Who Are We Looking For?


  • Experience in managing diverse and remote teams.
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management.
  • Experience in Learning / Talent Management Program implementation and management.
  • Experience in Training, Development and Corporate Education.
  • Experience with Instructional Design and 6Ds methodology will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge in Office Package (mainly Excel, Power Point and Power BI).
  • Knowledge of learning methodologies.
