Acerca del Rol:Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona con mucha experiencia para el rol de Customer Master Data Specialist, si buscas un entorno dinámico en el que puedas desarrollarte profesionalmente en las oficinas corporativas de Ferrero de México podrías encontrarlo Sé parte de un gran equipo en el que serás responsable de la creación, mantenimiento y control de la información de los clientes directos de la compañía para respaldar adecuadamente el proceso de venta y trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos multifuncionales para garantizar la estandarización e integridad de los datos.
Principales Responsabilidades:- Te encargarás de administrar los registros de clientes en la herramienta según los procedimientos internos establecidos.
- Actualizarás y mantendrás la información de los clientes existentes para reflejar cambios relevantes en la información de contacto, cliente o información de facturación.
- Serás responsable de verificar la exactitud y completitud de los datos ingresados, corrigiendo cualquier error o inconsistencia.
- Estandarizarás la información de los clientes según las políticas y directrices de la compañía.
- Serás responsable de colaborar con otros departamentos como: ventas, logística y finanzas para asegurar el llenado y coherencia de los datos dentro del flujo de alta y mantenimiento de los clientes.
- Realizarás auditorías periódicas de los datos maestros de clientes para identificar y corregir posibles problemas de calidad de datos.
- Ing. Industrial, Lic. En Administración, Actuaría o afín.
- Exp. mínima de 1 año en roles como Master Data, Customer Service, Order Management o similares.
- Conocimientos sólidos en: procesos de cuentas por cobrar, administración de bases de datos, servicio al cliente.
- Manejo de ERP, Paquetería Office nivel intermedio
- Inglés Intermedio conversacional.
- Competencias de: Logro de Resultados, Gestión del Cambio e Integración Organizacional.
