Product Manager - Bill Payments (Fintech)
Objetivo:
Diseñar soluciones a problemas que enfrentan los usuarios internos y externos de Cashi conectando con la tecnología, los procesos, el journey de los clientes/asociados y las necesidades del negocio a través de la conceptualización de productos de valor, gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios y la administración de recursos.
Responsabilidades:
- Administrar y organizar las necesidades y problemas a resolver del producto en la vertical que le corresponda entendiendo el valor e impacto para la definición de priorizaciones.
- Liderar la construcción de soluciones que resuelvan problemas reales del cliente y del negocio mediante la gestión de equipos internos y externos, conocimiento de cliente, conocimiento financiero, técnicos y estratégicos.
- Coordinar la comunicación e integración del equipo alrededor de los objetivos del producto, para generar las discusiones y toma de decisiones relevantes.
- Coordinar la entrega de desarrollos mediante la liberación de soluciones y features que cumplan o excedan las expectativas del negocio y del usuario para que las historias sean aceptables y finalizadas.
- Retar y rediseñar procesos que sean tocados por el producto (ciclo de vida del producto) entendiendo y adecuando la implementación y la mejora continua (tech – producto – diseño) así como socializando dichos productos que permitan beneficios ante los clientes y el negocio
- Promueve una cultura centrada en el cliente, construyendo soluciones que se adapten a sus necesidades.
- Asegurar el balance entre el MVP tecnológico durante la prueba de concepto y la herramienta a futuro de cara a lograr los objetivos comprometidos
Perfil:
- Lic. Informática, Admón. de negocios, Actuaria o Ing. en Sistemas, Industrial o a fin.
- Experiencia indispensable como Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner.
- 5 años de experiencia en algún rol similar.
- Inglés avanzado (indispensable).
- Conocimientos técnicos en: Customer journeys (Jira/Confluence/Google Analytics /Planner /Trello/Adobe analytics), Arquitectura modular de aplicaciones móviles, Metodologías agiles de desarrollo de producto, Metodologia de Lego (Diseño de productos escalables entre marcas o países, Reporting tools (tableau, Excel, power pivot)).
- Conocimiento de plataformas IT: Arquitectura de Bases de datos, Flujos de procesos, Mobile Apps.
