We are now seeking a dedicated and dynamic Automation Engineering Manager to join our engineering team and lead the charge in developing and integrating cutting-edge computer-controlled electronic systems.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, modify, and integrate computer-controlled electronic and mechanical systems for industrial automation.
  • Apply advanced electronic control systems to enhance manufacturing, processing, and production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to automation and proactively seek information to solve problems.
  • Balance between management responsibilities and technical knowledge to lead and coach a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Provide support for molding and assembly in automation issues, focusing on tools like End arm tooling and MIR robots, as well as Daifucu automatic warehouses.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient operation of the automation function.
  • Focus on results, innovation, teamwork, and effective communication.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Completed engineering degree with substantial experience in similar positions.
  • Strong experience in the control and automation of integrated systems (alarms, signals among others).
  • Certification or strong knowledge in PMP (Project Management Process) or Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming, (Siemens PLC will be ideal but not a must).
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge and experience in budget management.
  • Excellent leadership skills to manage and guide a team of engineers and technicians.
