Establish and implement the Real Estate strategy and plan for assigned countries within the America's Region; primary country of responsibility is Mexico and may include additional countries in the America's. Ensure that the business units have the right facility at the right costs, right location and at the right in order to achieve operational objectives. Ensure the appropriate work environment for Hitachi Energy facilities. Accountable for strategic real estate planning, financial performance, portfolio of facilities, facility management, capital investment, reporting, and leading internal and third party contractors in all aspects of real estate. Ensure the appropriate safety levels are maintained to the Hitachi Energy standard. Responsible for the end-to-end facility management program.
