Your key responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve program objectives and goals in alignment with the organization's overall mission and vision.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the program, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, team members, vendors, and partners, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Resource Allocation: Manage resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, effectively to optimize project outcomes and maximize efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect organizational assets.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate program performance against established metrics and KPIs, making datadriven decisions to drive continuous improvement and achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.(PMP) is a plus
Advanced skills in English
Excellent communication and verbal skills
Proven Experience (5 Years) in program or project management particularly in New product introduction
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Solid understanding of product development processes, quality assurance principles, and risk management strategies.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Experience with Automotive projects using APQP
