Job title:
Sales Leader Personal Health Consumer Mexico & North Latam
Your role:
- Develop strong knowledge of market, accounts, competition and industry trends and utilize in creation of Regional Sales Strategy for the NORTH Latam region (Mexico + Caribe + Colombia + Ecuador).
- Direct the development of KAM Business Plans, consolidating all plans into a Region Plan for BP and Partner alignment.
- Communicate and drive execution of the Regional Sales Strategy.
- Adapt to Philips strategies to align with evolving customer needs.
- Lead and drive funnel growth and forecast accuracy across all product lines.
- Coach KAMs in executing their business and hold them accountable for their results.
- Develop and use relationships to assist the sales team in deal execution.
- Responsible for funnel, forecast, regional profitability and AOP performance.
- Set clear expectations and communicate regularly to promote understanding.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and information sharing.
- Create a strong culture of development by building the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
You're the right fit if:
1. You have at least 8 years of experience as a sales leader in the consumer goods industry, being responsible for self-service channel.
2. You have a Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
3. Your skills include: a demonstrated track record of sales growth and new business development, a strategic thinker who believes in taking a logical and comprehensive approach to the sales process with the ability to work with complex issues and build long-term strategies; has great presence and uses language effectively to persuade others and build commitment for ideas and initiatives.
4. You are comfortable in constantly evolving environments and can look at issues from a fresh viewpoint and quickly adapt to changes.
5. Experience managing sales teams.Â
6. Advance English.
