Responsibilities:
- Work with payroll vendor and local team to ensue payroll is processed timely and accurately. Ensure accurate data files are provided to payroll vendor to process paychecks.
- Update payroll records such as new hires, terminations, and salary changes, leaves of absence
- Calculate retroactive and vacation payouts.
- Auditing and validating time keeping systems and data.
- Perform periodic timesheet audits and reconciliations.
- Root cause analysis of possible errors including constructive and prevention actions.
- Assist with internal or external audits and other regulatory required audits.
- Respond to payroll related inquiries from employees and HR.
What do you need for the position?
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Intermediate- Advanced English level
- 1-2 years related experience with financial analysis
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Proficient in Excel
- Must have strong work ethics
