Human Resources Assistant

Capital One is looking for an Associate to join our HR Team and effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams, and participate in HR projects that enhance the recruiting and onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have strong planning, organization, and communication skills, laser customer focus, and meticulous attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

Support the Talent Acquisition team in planning, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruitment processServe as a key contact for candidates throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding stagesPartner with the Learning & Development team, and other HR functions to support the onboarding and integration process for new associates into Capital OneServe as a beacon of the Capital One Values in all interactions with candidates and new Capital One associatesHelp HR Leaders identify and implement process improvements that enhance the associate experience and/or operational efficiencySupport management of relevant departmental data systems, including candidate tracking database, budget tracking, decision-making tools and ad-hoc reporting requestsPartner with internal clients and HR Business Partners to deliver top-notch associate experiences
Basic Qualifications:

Intermediate-Advanced English fluencyHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification1+ years of experience in Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's DegreeProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) certification2+ years of experience in Human Resources1 + years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment1+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing
