Objetivo de la posición

El objetivo de la posición del puesto del Sales Executive Oficcer es poder brindar apoyo en todo el proceso en la venta de los servicios de Adquirente, para concluir la afiliación en el menor tiempo posible y lograr que se inicie el uso de la plataforma contratada (atención en Post-Venta) además de coordinar esfuerzos para que siempre se mantengan operando y facturando (ventas y rentabilidad).


Funciones principales

  • Onboarding (end to end): El Sales Executive Officer es el encargado de la revisión constante de los estatus de los tramites (Ventas, C.A. Underwriting, Implantación) para el seguimiento y apoyo en el flujo de los folios generados por el Ejecutivo de Ventas asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLAs

  • Revisión y seguimiento de folios en Implantación, verificar que las afiliaciones de tarjeta presente y no presente se entreguen al cliente cumpliendo con el SLA, así mismo generar un reporte de afiliaciones concluidas

  • Never Active (menor a $50). Seguimiento a las afiliaciones con menor o nula facturación no mayores a 4 meses. Determinar si es necesario hacer una labor de retención con base a la facturación, mediante una llamada de servicio, visita de Sales Executive, Ofrecer promociones (MSI, lealtad, puntos etc.)

  • Intensive Care: Seguimiento de los clientes “TOP” o clientes más rentables de la división y verificar que se mantengan en este estatus, en caso de detectar decrecimiento en la facturación, realizar llamada de servicio para la detección del problema y resolución de la misma

  • Monitoreo y reporte de tiempos SLA en las áreas encargadas para apoyo a ejecutivo de ventas y divisionales mediante una fuente de información completa y actualizada (monitor) que estará alimentado a su vez por: reportes de implantación, Ingenico (Oper View), reportes concluidos y no concluidos.

  • Una vez concluida una Afiliacion, el Sales Executive Oficcer es el encargado del monitoreo y activación de las mismas, para verificar el nivel de satisfacción del cliente NPS con el fin de comprender las principales razones por la inactividad

  • Elaboración de reportes ejecutivos

Requisitos

  • Lic. Concluida y/o trunca en áreas Económica-Administrativa

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en áreas administrativas

  • Manejo de paquetería office (básico) (avanzado)

  • Manejo de CRM es un plus

  • Disponibilidad de horario

  • Inglés básico.
