Senior Sales Representative

Ambitious sales professional sought for a challenging role in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the contact center services sector, and a deep understanding of the small and medium market in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the contact center services sector.
- Advanced English language skills, with proficiency in Spanish a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of using a contact center in Mexico.
- Knowledge of labor, tax, and data protection regulations in both the US and Mexico.
- Ability to travel regularly to meet with clients and prospects.
