Role Mission

 

This role will be a key leader in Mexico and will serve as a crucial interface between Mexico and international region.

 

FP&A is responsible for delivering forward-looking, valuable business analysis, as well as defining and reporting significant financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful, accurate business decision making. This should be through the management and execution of the performance management agenda (MBR). Development of the annual plan, reinforced of the monthly rhythm of processes and analysis are key to deliver our ambition.

  • The FP&A position will be involved in a variety of high-profile tasks and projects designed to ensure that BSM runs efficiently from a financial point of view. The role could be an entrée to several positions within Beam Suntory or could be and impactful broadening assignment for a candidate seeking FP&A experience.
  • The position will have great exposure by working on daily basis with different departments and levels of the organization (Commercial, FP&A Corporate, Supply Chain, Controlling, Master Data, IT, GBS, Customer Service, Taxes & PMO) and the International region.

 

Role Responsibilities

 

  • Monthly reporting and analysis of financial results.
  • Preparation of ad-hoc financial analysis requested by local, regional and finance leadership teams.
  • Creation of a new analysis and reporting suite that includes prices, trade terms, brands, sku’s, channel, regions and customers to support commercial decision making.
  • Leads the strategic planning process.
  • Co-lead the S&OP process in order to deliver our plan.
  • Supports decision making process and prepares monthly, quarterly and project decks.
  • Administrate Opex and Brand Investment budget, analyzed expenses and make recommendations for a proper spending
Qualifications

 

  • Education- Bachelor’s degree- BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management. Master degrees desired.
  • Years of experience- 6 years of experience
  • Level of experience- Managerial
  • Industry experience- CPG, Spirits (nice to have), variety of industries (preferred)
  • Travel %- 20%
  • English Level- Advance
