Summary:
Ingenico’s Sales Order Processor _ Analyst provides administrative support to the sales team by processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products or services to customers in our North America (NAR) entities.

Process activities with efficiency and quality according to predefined standards, as well as manage and respond to requests in a timely manner.

 

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities (5-7):

  • Responsible for Order Processing: Receive, review, and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner using company's software systems and / or databases.
  • Order Verification: Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping information, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the order processing cycle.
  • Communicate with sales team and other relevant departments to clarify order details, resolve discrepancies, ensure follow-up, and provide order status updates.
  • Executes day-to-day activities according to the highest standards of financial control, compliance and best practices.
  • Identifies, follow ups and escalation of potential issues to superiors, in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain organized records of sales orders and related documentation for reference and auditing purposes.


Competencies / Skills Requirements:

  • Strong MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Proven experience in sales order processing, customer service, or related administrative roles.
  • Bilingual (english & spanish)
  • Knowledge of the OTC process and SAP experience preferred
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills required.
  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to meet organizational goals
  • Effective communication
  • Effective time management to ensure team productivity and timely and successful completion of tasks.

Required Education / Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Bilingual (english & spanish)
