Como Customer Success Consultant tus principales funciones son:

  • Garantizar el éxito y la satisfacción a largo plazo de nuestros clientes
  • Cultivar un gran volumen de clientes a través de campañas y programas de contacto digital
  • Interactuar individualmente con los clientes en puntos críticos del cliente para garantizar la satisfacción y adaptabilidad
  • Realizar llamadas de consultoría para clientes sobre temas especializados para impulsar el uso del producto, la adopción y la expansión
  • Identificar desafíos comunes de los clientes y sugerir activamente mejores soluciones.
  • Plantear preocupaciones críticas de los clientes internamente y movilizar recursos para resolver problemas.

Los requisitos como Customer Success Consultant son:

  • Inglés: *AVANZADO INDISPENSABLE PARA SER CONSIDERADO*
  • Licenciatura terminada indispensable
  • Graduación 2020 - 2023 *INDISPENSABLE*
  • 1-2 años de experiencia en SaaS, estrategia, consultoría, operaciones o un campo equivalente.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Mentalidad analítica con la capacidad de traducir datos en información accionable.
  • Capacidad demostrada para rastrear, priorizar y liderar múltiples proyectos concurrentes de principio a fin.
  • Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno dinámico
  • Interés en Software / Tecnología, necesitarás adoptar nuestras plataformas fácilmente
