About the Role:

We’re seeking a driven and self-motivated problem solver with exceptionally strong communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships and client retention. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker and will be able to manage multiple Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts. The candidate must also have experience in eCommerce and customer relations management. Focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.

This is an hourly and fully remote position. If hired, you will join a company with an amazing and talented staff.

What You’ll Do:


  • Being able to manage a large list of clients.

  • Build long-lasting client relationships by clearly and concisely managing expectations

  • Onboard new clients.

  • Proactively brainstorm and implement strategies to grow client accounts on Amazon and manage client expectations

  • Evaluate and analyze customer's needs.

  • Internal account setup.

  • Client negotiation and contract renewals.

  • Work within software platforms such as Intentwise and Zonguru

  • Work with other departments to accomplish overall, high level goals

  • Promote customer loyalty.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients.

  • Address client's escalations and solve them.

  • Promote client's surveys.

  • Keep a high-level view of AMZ's operation.

  • Transition clients from onboarding to operations.

  • Inform to the internal team client's health.

Skills We’re Seeking:

  • BA in Marketing, Business Development, Management, or other related studies

  • 3+ year with client account management

  • 2+ year with customer success positions.

  • 3+ year digital marketing or eCommerce

  • Any level of experience with Amazon Seller and or Vendor Central is preferred but not required

  • Ability to build and maintain client relations

  • Active listening and the ability to understand client needs

  • Proactive, go-getter mindset who functions well within a team setting but can work independently

  • Strong ability to think outside the box, willingness to test new ideas, and develop and implement growth strategies

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask

  • Ability and desire to learn new skills
