Senior Representative, Customer Support Quality Apply for the Senior Representative, Customer Support Quality role at Global Payments Inc. This role monitors, evaluates, and scores a specified number of calls each month for all clients in order to provide an overall assessment of call center and collections quality. Scores are entered into a database for tracking and reporting purposes. Quality issues and performance measures are used to insure the highest level of customer service to cardholders while maintaining the integrity of the client. What Part Will You Play? Become familiar with internal processes and client call scoring criteria while monitoring random inbound customer service calls and evaluating the quality based on client‑defined criteria. Provide basic feedback and coaching to CSRs to improve service quality. Participate in client calibration meetings as an observer to gain the necessary knowledge and skills. Assist more experienced Quality Control Specialists in preparing client calibration sessions and business reviews by running reports, retrieving call recordings, creating transcripts, and preparing presentation slides as directed. Assist with pulling recording(s) and creating transcripts for basic inbound customer service call reviews requested by clients. Act as a back‑up to the customer service team as needed to resolve customer account inquiries during inbound calls. Assist management with basic special projects of minimal impact (approximately 10% of the work week). What Are We Looking For in This Role? Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Typically No Relevant Experience Required Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years related work experience Desired Skills and Capabilities Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks. Works on routine to semi‑routine assignments requiring limited decision outside stated processes. Receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures; works under close supervision. Knowledge of client policies, departmental procedures, and applicable computer applications.
