We’re hiring a Customer Support & Admin Representative to support our day‑to‑day operations. This role involves frequent phone communication with North American customers, along with administrative and sales‑support tasks. The ideal candidate is confident on calls, communicates clearly, and can maintain a professional tone aligned with U.S.-based customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with North American customers Provide professional customer support and follow up on inquiries Assist with sales support tasks, including lead follow-ups Perform administrative duties such as CRM updates, data entry, and scheduling Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions Coordinate internally to ensure smooth customer experience Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in Customer Support, Admin, or Sales Support roles Clear, easily understandable spoken English suitable for U.S. customers Strong phone presence and confident call handling Experience with CRMs, Google Workspace, and remote communication tools Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies Background in real estate or service-based businesses What We Value Professional communication style Consistency, reliability, and accountability Ability to work independently in a remote setting Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
