Customer Support Representative (Hybrid - Mexico City) OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, Inc. We are looking for a passionate, bilingual Customer Support Representative to provide outstanding service via phone, email, chat, and any future channels. The role is hybrid, based in Mexico City, and requires strong communication in both Spanish and English. The goal is not to get the customer off the phone as fast as possible (unless that’s what the customer wants). You should go out of your way to not only fix the problem but finish the conversation with a smile and restored faith in OpenTable. You will be the primary contact for our customers in North America and worldwide, helping foster prosperous relationships. Please note we can only consider candidates who are able to speak and write Spanish and English. In This Role You Will: Answer customer and employee calls, emails, chats, and community posts (and any future form of contact). Provide outstanding service. Know your limitations and ask for assistance when needed. Own the resolution of the problem and don’t leave the customer hanging. Accurately and efficiently log all contacts in our CRM (Salesforce). Shift Information Shifts are typically scheduled between 7:00 am CST and 12:00 pm CST. Start times may vary based on business needs, including overnight work. During peak times or seasons, overtime may be requested. If a regular day falls on a holiday, you may also be required to work at an increased hourly rate. You speak fluent English and Spanish and can write in both languages for digital communications. You are the go-to person for friends and family with electronics or new device support. You are receptive to feedback and actively seek ways to implement it. Experience Needed Excellent social and customer‑service skills. Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communication. Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. 1+ year’s experience providing customer support via phone, email, or chat, preferably in a software support environment.
