Performance Management Associate AnalystPerformance Associate AnalystType of position : Full-Time EmploymentWork Mode: HybridJob Title: Performance Associate AnalystLocation of the position: Monterrey, Nuevo León, MexicoJob DescriptionProduce and distribute monthly evaluations of Service Provider service level performanceSupport Monthly Governance meetings with Service Owners, vendor management team and Service Providers, taking and disseminating meeting minutesSupport client Vendor Performance Manager with analyses of vendor Service Level Requirements (SLRs/SLAs) and evaluation of historical trendingArchive and maintain historical records for monthly performance governance and reviewsMaintain Standards and TemplatesSupport client Vendor Performance Manager with efforts to improve Service Providers' performance and service delivery processesInitiate service credit process for breached SLRs/SLAsSupport development and maintenance of performance dashboards and reportsPrepare and deliver analyses and reports to meet the needs of clientMaintain relevant contract performance management data in the governance tool and/or library, as appropriateParticipate in various managed contract operational and governance meetingsCoordinates with relevant business areas (e.g. Procurement, Legal, IT, etc.) for governance-related mattersSupport executive summary reportingRisk and Issue reportingRequirements & SkillsCustomer service attitudeBusiness insightInformation analysisResults-driven approachEmphasized teamworkDedication to continuous learningResearch skillsDatabase managementProject managementTime management.
