**Contract Associate Analyst**
**Type of position**: Full-Time Employment

**Job Title**: Contract Associate Analyst
**Location of the position**: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico- Conducting thorough investigations of internal systems and online storage locations to compile comprehensive records of supplier relationships, including agreements, amendments, orders, and spending patterns over time.
- Interpreting / analyzing software licenses and service agreements, plus their associated SOWs, quotes, and purchase orders, working without benefit of legal or financial support resources.- Drawing internal requirements, timelines, and budgets from internal stakeholders to plan negotiations, then drumming up consensus for those negotiation plans- Executing negotiations plans with external vendor teams, leading compromise formation and driving to agreed outcomes- Presenting on negotiation progress and outcomes to stakeholders, building support for approval and execution of contracts- Documenting progress into daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including end-of-negotiations wrap-up documentation- Organize, catalog, document information and create processes and structures to increase the team’s overall capability and efficiency over time
