**Vendor Management Analyst**If you have experience providingclients vendor performance management and governance services, support for Contract Set-Up (On-boarding) Services, and various defined Operational Support Services according to the specific requirements, we are looking for you to join our team**Experience and required skills**- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions- Bachelor's degree in administration or related- Collaborative approach and effective communication with internal teams, suppliers and customers- Excellent customer service- Fluency in English (at least 90% written and spoken)- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)- Available to work remotely**Responsibilities**Receive and confirm monthly performance reports (SLAs) from the providerProduce monthly customer service performance reports.Analyze supplier data to identify trends in performance and report findings to appropriate stakeholdersTrack and follow up on supplier deliverables and obligations and report any discrepancies to the customer.**We offer**- 30,000 to 40,000 pesos monthlyMexican law benefitsMajor Medical insuranceFood voucher_Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
