The Automotive Insurance Jr. Analyst is responsible for support, optimizing, and overseeing the insurance-related processes within BYD México's aftersales operations. This position acts as the key liaison between BYD, insurance companies, and the dealer network—ensuring efficient claims handling, accurate repair assessments, timely communication, and continuous improvement across all insurance workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze claims and repair data to provide recommendations for optimizing after-sales/insurance company processes,Develop and manage cooperation contracts, KPIs, and related data with insurance companies.Maintain contact with insurance companies and facilitate communication between insurance companies, dealerships, and BYD.Support the parts department in resolving insurance-related issues.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive systems engineer, Industrial engineer or related fieldsMaximum 2 - 3 years of experience in auto insurance , in claims, approvals, accident handling, or related departments within an insurance company.Knowledge in auto insurance process: reporting, damage assessment, approvals, and settlement.Knowledge of automotive repair processes and OEM standards preferred.Proficient in insurance company claims systems and strong data analysis abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Advanced English proficiency."At BYD Mexico, we promote equal employment opportunities and respect for diversity.
