Sr. Engineer, MT As our Sr. Engineer, MT, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a competitive production that serves our customer’s needs. Your impact? Secure good quality to customers (0 defect mindset) and on time delivery to customers. You’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership of key processes, helping us move toward a more efficient future. What You’ll Be Doing Lead OEE performance and results through problem solving and projects in cross‑functional teams. Lead productivity improvement projects and cost reduction projects. Support new technology and process implementation. Participate in improvement of production‑related cost, VC and OVC cost‑down activities. Apply problem‑solving tools; identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues within manufacturing processes and customer complaints using statistical tools like Six Sigma, Minitab, Pareto, etc. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role; experience with welding, brazing, leak testing and automatic processes is nice to have. Fluent in English. Knowledge of IATF 16949, Six Sigma green or black belt (optional), Lean manufacturing (TPS).
