Secure good quality to customers (0 defect mindset) and on time delivery to customersYou’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership of key processes, helping us move toward a more efficient future.**What You’ll Be Doing**:- L ead OEE performance and results through problem solving and projects in cross functional teams.- Lead Productivity improvement Projects and cost reduction projects.- Support the new technology and processes implementation.- Participate in improvement of production related Cost, VC and OVC cost down activities- Abroad knowledge and sue of problem-solving tools.
