We laugh together, we don’t take ourselves too seriously, and we’re always trying to make our customers crack a smile.Sermo is looking for a Financial Accountant who will work with our pharmaceutical companies and agency partners to ustomer service and satisfaction by mail and invoice administration, guarantee the billing process for correct collection and support AP financial functions.We are looking for a team player with a strong customer-service mindset and excellent communication skills.ResponsibilitiesInvoice Processing: Preparing and issuing invoices, credits, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed and organized records of all billing transactions, including invoices, payments, and adjustments.Customer Communication: Addressing customer inquiries regarding billing statements, invoices, and payment status.Discrepancy Resolution: Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies and disputes with customers.Reporting: Preparing and distributing monthly billing reports to management.Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing and financial transactions.Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately entering data into billing systems and maintaining up-to-date records.Assistance with Financial Tasks: Providing support to the finance and accounting teams with AP functions.Auditing: Preparing for and participating in audits related to billing and financial information.Skills and Qualifications2-3 years of experience in a similar position.Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting and Finance or similar.Advanced English.Administrative control, planning, perseverance, initiative, teamwork, dynamism, quality of service and results driven.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with RTP tools, Interview 2, Salesforce, SAP, Office or some billing system.Interdepartmental communication.AboutSermoturns physician experience, expertise, and observations into actionable insights for the global healthcare community.
