Descripción y detalle de las actividades The Financial Controller will be responsible for the day to day running of our financial accounting and will maintain and deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to the General Manager, Head Office function and the CFO whilst ensuring that both Corporate and Statutory compliance is adhered to. This role will also deliver sound commercial recommendations with a focus on improved profitability and reduced working capital requirements and support the implementation of the ERP system. Experiència y requisitos ? Full financial and accounting responsibility for the day to day running and long term financial strategy of the site? Manage site finance team, ensuring delivery of functional objectives? Maintaining robust controls over the financial systems and preparation of the management accounting analysis? Ownership of financial KPI’s - production and regular processing of KPI figures with plans for improvement? Ensuring compliance with Corporate Policy and Statutory requirements? Meeting HQ deadlines - production and submission of all month end and Statutory accounts information via Hyperion? Responsible for the preparation and review of all monthly balance sheet reconciliations, general sub-ledger submissions, trial balance and account analyses? Preparation of forecasts and budgets in time for site level review and rework prior to HQ timetables? Managing the finance team including transactional processing, credit control, purchase ledger and fixed assets ledger. ? Interpretation and adjustment of standard costs and variances to assure accurate costing of production? Support the implementation and testing of the ERP system? Production of other adhoc information requested by Head Office, working with other functions where necessary? Preparation of year end accounts and other fiscal returns?
