Aditi LATAM Reimagine your reality En Aditi Consulting LATAM , estamos buscando un JR Operations Associate para sumarse al equipo de operaciones y trabajar con herramientas de primer nivel como Salesforce, Zendesk, ChurnZero, GuideCX y más. Serás parte clave de la ejecución diaria de procesos, asegurando calidad de datos, cumplimiento de SLAs y soporte operativo de alto impacto para múltiples áreas dentro de la organización. Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito 1+ año en operaciones, administración de CRM o soporte analítico. Manejo de Salesforce (actualización de registros, validaciones, cargas). Excel / Google Sheets intermedio. Alta atención al detalle y precisión en tareas repetitivas. Comunicación clara y capacidad de seguir SOPs y DOAs. Inglés avanzado. Disponibilidad para esquema híbrido (1 día por semana en oficina, Guadalajara). Nice to Have Conocimientos en análisis de datos o automatización. Familiaridad con herramientas como Zendesk, Notion, Confluence o Jira. Ubicación: Guadalajara (Híbrido).
