Priorizar y mantener el roadmap de analítica avanzada alineado con prioridades globales y necesidades locales. Liderar, desarrollar y guiar al equipo de Data Science, fomentando la colaboración y la innovación. Diseñar, supervisar y optimizar modelos predictivos que respondan a necesidades estratégicas del negocio. Traducir conceptos avanzados en soluciones analíticas aplicables y de alto impacto. Promover una cultura de decisiones basadas en datos dentro de la organización. Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias, tecnologías y mejores prácticas en ciencia de datos. Requisitos clave 5 a 8 años de experiencia en Analítica Avanzada, incluyendo al menos 3 años en liderazgo o gestión de equipos. Nivel de inglés avanzado. Conocimientos sólidos en machine learning, estadística, programación en Python y SQL. Experiencia en la aplicación de buenas prácticas de ingeniería de software. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y mentalidad ágil, enfocada en resultados y generación de valor.
