Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico (Hybrid – candidates must reside in Monterrey or the metropolitan area) About the Role The End-User Computing Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of endpoint management solutions across NOV. This role requires strong technical expertise in system management, automation, and security to ensure end‑user devices are reliable, compliant, and aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on technical depth with a proactive, solution‑driven mindset. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize application packaging and deployment processes using tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM (Configuration Manager), PowerShell, or Flexera Admin Studio. Provide advanced support and leadership for endpoint lifecycle management: hardware provisioning, OS deployment, patching, and security configuration. Evaluate new hardware and software technologies (Dell, HP, Microsoft, Apple, etc.) and lead proof‑of‑concept initiatives. Manage Windows OS servicing and ensure compliance with corporate security policies. Define and enforce configurations for encryption, compliance, and other endpoint security policies. Maintain accurate data and automation routines in Intune, SCCM, and related systems. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, Networking) to deliver cohesive and secure endpoint solutions. Mentor junior engineers and share best practices within the global EUC team. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint management, including Intune, SCCM, or similar MDM/MAM solutions. Deep knowledge of Windows OS servicing, configuration, and compliance. Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell or similar). Hands‑on experience with hardware ecosystems (Dell, HP, Microsoft, Apple, etc.). Solid understanding of endpoint security, encryption, and compliance policies. Excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken – to collaborate across global teams. Experience with Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, or similar virtualized environments is a plus. Microsoft certifications related to Endpoint or Modern Desktop Administration are highly preferred. Advance English Level (Mandatory). Location Requirement Candidates must currently reside in Monterrey or its metropolitan area.
