NEORIS is a Digital accelerator that helps companies enter the future, having 20 years of experience as Digital Partners of some of the largest companies in the world.We are more than 4,000 professionals in 11 countries, with our multicultural startup culture where we cultivate innovation and continuous learning to create high-value solutions for our clients.We are looking for an **End User Services Consultant / Sr Infrastructure and security**:- Ensure that technical systems and equipment operate optimally for end users- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise in end-user environments- Solution Implementation: Implement new technology solutions and system upgrades to improve efficiency and functionality- Documentation: Guides and procedures related to the technologies implemented in end user environments- Training: In the use of tools to support the end-user environment- Reports: Use, status and incident of systems and services for the end user**Main responsibilities**:- Present project progress and definitions- Resolve technical incidents in end-user environments- Run pilot tests of solutions for end-user environments- Train support groups- On site position Monterrey, Monday to Friday**Requirements**:- Creation of Reports, Dashboards and Data Query.- Script Creation- Testing and QA for global end-user configurations- Creation of End User Guides and training for GSC and FSO- Documentation of processes and generation of presentations- Analysis and resolution of problems in end-user environments (Windows 11 / O365 / System Center Client / Intune) Active directory / Azure ID- Knowledge in cloud**We Offer**:- 100% nominal scheme.- Professional Growth- Dynamic work environment- Benefits plan.- Legal benefits- Development OpportunitiesArantza CervantesLI-AC1
