Sales Operation Agent. Responsibilities Manage customer orders received via email, PDFs, Excel, etc., and process them manually through the system. Collaborate with logistics, planning, and other departments to verify shipping statuses, manage product transit, and communicate updates to customers. Schedule meetings with key customers and analyze account patterns to identify improvement opportunities. Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a resourceful point of contact for information. Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and planning teams. Generate internal reports, including shipping statuses, credit reports, and price list updates. Follow up on approvals for shipments. Requirements Fluent in English; an accent is not an issue. Experience with Salesforce. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Excellent customer service skills, as the role will serve as the liaison between sales and clients.
