About the role EVO Payments International is looking for a Sales Executive Officer. This role will be responsible for providing support throughout the sales process of Acquirer services, concluding affiliations in the shortest possible time and enabling the use of the contracted platform (post‑sale service). It will also coordinate efforts to ensure ongoing operations and billing for sales and profitability. What You Will Do Onboarding (end to end): review and follow‑up the status of Sales, CA Underwriting, and Implementation procedures, ensuring compliance with SLAs. Review and follow‑up implementation folios; verify card affiliations delivered to clients in compliance with the SLA and generate reports of completed affiliations. Manage “Never Active” accounts (less than $50); monitor affiliations with low or no billing for no more than four months and determine retention actions such as service calls, visits, or promotional offers (MSI, loyalty, points, etc.). Intensive Care: follow‑up "TOP" or most profitable clients, verify continued status, and conduct service calls if billing decreases to resolve issues. Monitor and report SLA times in support areas, providing complete and updated information sourced from implementation reports, Ingenico (Oper View), completed reports, and pending items. After an affiliation is concluded, monitor and activate them, assessing NPS customer satisfaction to understand reasons for inactivity. Prepare executive reports. What Skills We Seek Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Administrative fields or equivalent; minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative areas. Proficiency with office packages (basic) and CRM management is a plus. Schedule availability and basic English proficiency. Problem‑resolution, analytical, and effective communication skills at all levels. High drive, active listening capacity, teamwork orientation.
